I being a part & parcel of this Profession, would like to say few thing,
Kindly;
* Dont restrict your field, its good if you, with Company Laws, going ahead, and making your Professional career into that area, but lots of new avenues are waiting for we Company Secretaries & we have to knock the door this time.
* always acts as a conscience seeker of the company
* we people having various areas with no or limited competition like Advising companies on Compliance of legal and procedural aspects, particularly under –
• SEBI Act, Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act and rules and regulations made there under
• Foreign Exchange Management Act
• Consumer Protection Act
